Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any dispatch services you request from Apex Dispatch Group ("Apex Dispatch," "we," "us"). By submitting the dispatch sign-up form or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Description of services
Apex Dispatch Group provides truck dispatch support to carriers — sourcing available freight, negotiating rates with brokers and shippers, and assisting with booking and load paperwork. We act on behalf of the carrier; we are not a motor carrier, broker of record, or freight forwarder ourselves.
Dispatch fees & billing
Our dispatch fee is a percentage of each load's rate, as listed on our Prices page for your equipment type. Fees apply only to loads we book that you accept and run — there is no flat monthly fee and no long-term contract. Invoicing details and payment timing will be confirmed with you directly when you sign up.
Carrier responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining any required operating authority, insurance, and licensing for your equipment
- The safe and lawful operation of your vehicle and the freight you carry
- Communicating your equipment type, availability, and lane preferences accurately
- Reviewing and agreeing to rate and load details before accepting a load
No guarantee of loads
We work to source suitable loads, but we do not guarantee a minimum number, frequency, or rate of loads. Load availability depends on market conditions, broker/shipper freight volume, and your equipment and lane preferences.
Third-party brokers & shippers
Loads we present are offered by third-party brokers and shippers. We make reasonable efforts to check broker credit and payment history before presenting a load, but we do not control and are not responsible for a third party's performance, payment timing, or conduct.
Termination
Either party may stop working together at any time, for any reason, by notifying the other. Fees for loads already booked and run remain payable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Dispatch Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our dispatch services, including losses related to load availability, third-party broker or shipper conduct, or freight delays.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Apex Dispatch Group harmless from claims arising out of your operation of your vehicle, your freight, or your violation of applicable law or these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
